Sacombank continuously receives international awards for outstanding payment operations

Specifically, Wells Fargo, one of the banks with the largest number of international payment transactions in the world, has for the third consecutive time (2021-2023) honored Sacombank with the “Operational Excellence Award”. This recognition is due to Sacombank's adherence to Wells Fargo's global standards for the quantity and quality of payment transactions processed automatically and seamlessly.

Additionally, an automatic processing rate of 98.8% also helped Sacombank achieve the "USD STP Award 2023" award from Standard Chartered, a multinational bank from the UK with a network of more than 1,200 branches and offices in over 70 countries. The award is based on the STP (Straight Through Processing) standard and comprehensive quality standards such as transaction processing speed, compliance with procedures, and the level of safe and smooth transaction processing. This marks the fourth consecutive time since 2020 that Sacombank has been honored by Standard Chartered in this category.

Thanks to focused investment and innovation in technology infrastructure, Sacombank has consistently achieved high STP rates as well as significant awards not only from Wells Fargo and Standard Chartered Bank but also from many other prestigious international banks like Citibank, Commerzbank, HSBC, J.P.Morgan Chase Bank, and Bank of New York over the past 16 years.

In 2023, Sacombank also successfully launched the SWIFT GO service for individual and corporate customers, with a maximum transaction amount of 10,000 USD, allowing beneficiaries abroad to receive money at linked banks as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
